Step 1: First, download the Oxygen OS from the above link and save on the internal storage on your OnePlus X smartphone. (Don’t put downloaded file to inside any folder)

Step 2: Now boot your phone into Recovery Mode. For that, press and hold the Volume Up + Power button at the same time for a while. When the Android Image displays on the screen then presses the Power button to enter into recovery mode.

Step 3: And then select the Apply Update or Apply Update from Phone Storage option. And then, find and load the OTA .zip file, and flash it on your smartphone.

Step 4: Now, wait for the flashing process. And until wait if the process is done.

Step 5: Once the installation process is done, then go back to the recovery main menu and Reboot your smartphone.
